We offer seamless transportation solutions connecting riders with trusted drivers throughour app. Each ride is subject to availability, and pricing may vary based on distance, demand, andtime of booking.
Eligibility: To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.
Accurate Information: Ensure all details provided at registration are accurate. Misleadingor false information can lead to account suspension.
Booking: All rides should be booked through our app. You can easily choose your destination
and receive an estimated fare.
Payments: Payments are processed securely through the app using approved methods. Ensureyour payment details are up-to-date to avoid any issues.
Pricing: Pricing may vary due to several factors including route, traffic, and demand.
While we strive to provide the best service, we are not liable for any indirect or unforeseenlosses, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or use arising from the service.
Cancellation Policy
Before Driver Confirmation: If you cancel a ride before the driver accepts, you won’t be charged.
After Driver Confirmation: Once a driver is on their way, a small cancellation fee may apply based on the distance already traveled by the driver.
Frequent Cancellations: Passengers who cancel rides frequently may face account restrictions. 2. Driver
Drivers may cancel a trip if they feel unsafe or face unavoidable circumstances. In such cases,
they are required to inform you immediately.
Unjustified cancellations by drivers can result in penalties or suspension.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the event of service issues such as a driver failing to showup, or if aride is canceled by the driver before it begins.
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the trip’s completion.
Cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any government-imposed taxes or surcharges are not refundable.
Completed rides are generally not eligible for refunds unless there is a serious issue withtheservice provided.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Refund processingmaytake 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
